Returns & Exchanges

If your sunglasses are not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return them.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition — unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, makeup marks, or damage will not be accepted for return.
To start a return, email us at info@sunglassstation.co.uk with your order number. We will provide return instructions.
Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
